It begins when we carefully check your freight and perform a careful piece count. We properly orientate the booth, place power and internet lines, and lay pad and carpet.

Once the foundation is set, we’ll:

• Review the plans, making sure we have what we need and keeping the big picture in mind
• Install the exhibit and hang graphics and signage
• Coordinate audio/visual elements
• Bag and tag empties for efficient dismantle and make sure everything’s is show ready.
• Meet and greet the client and answer any questions or concerns
• Provide ongoing maintenance as needed during the show

When it’s time to take the exhibit down:

• Check in and close the show
• Take down graphics
• Dismantle and repack the exhibit
• Label all outbound freight
• Provide the piece count and bill of lading
• Confirm the carrier and check freight
• Email pictures and the I & D report
